SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When an order is placed and paid, you will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail. Your order will be sent to the address given when placing the order.

Orders are processed and sent out within 5 working days. Orders within Europe are sent with Austrian Post AG. Delivery times may vary and depend on destination.

Austria: 2–5 working days
Europe: 3–7 working days

SHIPMENT FEE BY COUNTRY

Austria: Shipping fee of 5 Euro.

EU: Shipping fee of 13 EUR.

Rest of World: Not available.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If, for any reason, you would like to return your items, you are welcome to do so within 14 days from the day you received your package. The item(s) you return must be in the same condition they were delivered in: unused and unwashed as well as in the original packaging. If your order was incorrect or faulty please contact us immediately at shop@redbull.com

Once we have received the item(s), a refund will be issued for the returned item(s) within 7-14 working days. If you want to exchange your stuff, we’ll apply against your back sent articles.
